I think you should go for it- can you really ever have too many dollhouses? It is a beauty- and $50 seems a steal to me ♥ Do you have ideas in your head for it already?
If the price is right, go for it! I have a ton to restore, but I'm always on the lookout for one with a great price. I figure I'll get to everything by the time I'm 90!
Go for it Kathi. If you like it, get it. It is cute and could be made cuter. Knowing your work, it will be great after you are through with it.
