I finished installing the hardwood floor last night. I just need to sand it and apply the finish.I'm going to leave it this natural color and just add a bit of shine. Can't wait to add the fireplace and bookshelves!

AAAAAAHHHHH, Kathi Kathi Kathi Kathi!!!! Your floor! You finished it! It looks absolutely fantastic. You did such a great job. You ROCK! I remember wincing at the photo of your bent little fingers from the scissors. Don't you wish you could just stand in that room and be surrounded by your beautiful handiwork? Wowowow.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone for you kind comments! I sanded the floor today with my handy dandy little sander. It's so smooth! I bought the wrong kind of Minwax for the finish so I'll have to make a trip to the store before I can show you more...
