Lost in the mail. : (

I just realized that I have 4,658 photos stored on my computer! Many of them need to be deleted. I really need to get them organized. 






I thought it would be fun to post some of the miniatures I've made for swaps and give-a-ways. You have seen them before. You may even have one of these?  :D

I really enjoy making things for others and having give-a-ways. I love receiving gifts too. Maybe later I will do a post about all of those wonderful things?!

Beach Cottage Blues

I've been looking for a remodeling idea for my dollhouse and here it is! See that roof top deck? Love that!

I can just see myself sitting up there enjoying this view!

Here's my dollhouse. I'm going to be working on the exterior this weekend. I still have lots of painting to do and might just add a roof top deck!?

This was my house in Florida. I loved this little bungalow!

As you can see, blue is my favorite color! What's your favorite? Where do you find your inspiration? I find mine at the beach! :)

Photo Storage?

I'm looking for a site to store my photos.  I've found several that look interesting.  What do you use?

I'd like to be able to not only store my photos, but edit them and make collages.

My fat cat, Henry cat.

I would appreciate any suggestions you may have!  I switched to the new posting editor this morning too.  Not sure I like the new look?  Guess I'll have to fool with it awhile...

"The USB device is not functioning properly or cannot be detected"

I had some photos I wanted to show you of my dresser and the bookcase I'm working on. BUT. Somehow my little USB port has fallen down inside my computer and can't be found!

I can't upload any photos right now! I'm not going to panic, I'm not going to panic, I'm not going to...

I emailed my computer wizard son and am waiting on his professional advice. I hope I can get it fixed soon!

Here's a sneak peek of an idea I'm working on.

Inspiration!

I've been snooping around the world of miniatures this morning. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration for my doll's house! I have a basic dollhouse that I want to make into a beach house.

I know I need to work on the exterior and interior walls and floors first. I just can't seem to get started! It is so much fun to see what everyone is doing with miniatures!

I've visited so many sites that I can't remember where I found the photos I've saved! I hope you don't mind me sharing them? I've just copied photos of things I like for future reference. When I get myself more organized I'll be sure to give credit where credit is due!

For now, here's the beginning of my inspiration collection! You ALL are my heros! If you see something that YOU made, please let me know so I can thank you personally!

Such pretty little things! I can only imagine the hours and hours of creativity that went into making these! I MUST have that Beach House plaque! I think it's over on Ebay so I'm going back to find it!
