Great idea. You can also make chocolate chips cookies from cork by just using a regular paper punch and little dots with a permanent brown color pen.
I'll tell you a little secret, it's easy to use clay for food all you need to do is texture it with an old toothbrush and a nail and some artist chalk or acrylic/oil paint. when I get home I'll make some and show you, you've inspired me :)
