Keep Calm And Carry On!

I want to thank you for your sweet comments and encouragement yesterday!  I am overwhelmed by your love and support.  I must admit I did cry when I read what you said about my project.  They were tears of gratitude, not sadness.  Big HUGS to all of you!

Now it's time to get back to work!!!!

I clamped the shop together this morning.  I measured the crown molding (again) that will support the second floor and started work on the upstairs ceiling.  It will have wooden beams that are 16" on center.  :D

The longer pieces you see will go over the extension for the stairs.  It is all upside down right now...  This is the second floor.

I still haven't decided what to do here?

I'm feeling much better today and excited to start work again. Thanks again for your kind support!

Mini friends are the BEST of friends!  :D

I'm going back to work today! For a while anyway...

Thought you might like to sing along? No matter where you are!

Thanks for visiting my little blog! Thanks for your prayers! Thanks for your warm wishes for a speedy recovery too! :D

Hope you have a wonderful day!

Back to Work

I've decided to get back to work on the kitchen. I still have a band-aid on my finger but it's healed enough to cut wood again. This time I am being more careful!

I added beadboard and a shelf to the side of the fridge cabinet. The wallpaper is installed inside the pantry. This morning I cut the shelves. I'll need to paint them next.

I also want to show you the cute things I got from Casey. She sent me some tiny people and five of her beautiful little kitchen towels! Thank you so much Casey. :D

Hope you have a good day. Thanks for following my mini projects - the good and the bad!

Okay, What's Next?

I've been busy this morning! I finished my workstation make over!

Before

Primed

Painted

Done!

So, what's next? I know a dollhouse bathroom that needs to have tile installed and a new floor. Now, if I could only find the tile I made...

It sure feels good to get back to working on my projects again!

Blessings,
Kathi
