I also got that same warning on my site when I tried to enlarge the picture and I reported it so I hope it is fixed now. I like your peg board. Did you try punching holes in matboard with an awl? That might work.
Kathi have you tried using some brown perforated paper (for cross stitching) as pegboard? It works great when glued to some thin balsa of thick card. Somewhere I have a workbench with pegboard made using perforated paper. I will see if I can locate it if you'd like to see it.

I thought about using perforate paper. I was just too lazy to go get some! I have a piece that is already stitched up, just not framed. I really didn't want to cut that up. :D
