One little bar stool is finished. Thanks to Casey's comment on an earlier post, it now will stand up by itself!I'm working on another one. Thought you might like to see how I'm doing it.

There was a great restaurant in Orlando FL called Ronnie's, a Jewish delicatessen and bakery. We often went there for breakfast. It closed in 1995. I found this vintage postcard on Ebay and thought it would look nice in my coffee shop. 
I finished the sofa and ottoman this weekend and started working on a bar table that will sit by the front window.
The bar stool is a work in progress. Gluing wire to foam is not easy! Right now it won't stand up by itself, but I'll work on that.I made the bar table with basswood and stained it with MinWax chestnut. It needs some sanding and a final coat of varnish. I like the "coffee" color. I hope everyone had a great Easter weekend!
